Our thoughtfully designed two-year programme begins in Year 4, where we focus building strong foundational skills in core subjects. As we transition into Year 5, we shift our emphasis to developing confidence and essential exam skills, ensuring that each child is fully equipped to tackle the challenges ahead. Year 4 – Building Strong Foundations
Maths → Core number skills, fractions, decimals, shapes, data
English → Comprehension, grammar, spelling, descriptive/narrative writing
Reasoning → Introduction to Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning
Goal → Secure understanding, build confidence, develop study habits
Year 5 – Depth & Exam Preparation
Maths → Problem-solving, algebra, geometry, ratio, probability
English → Advanced comprehension, essay writing, persuasive writing, timed practice
Reasoning → Full exam-style VR/NVR practice, timed mocks
Goal → Confidence, exam readiness, success in the 11+
